-Uploading Failures----------------------------------------------
I’m sorry to hear about the uploading issues!  Here are a few questions for you that will help me troubleshoot this for you:

1. Can you please try clearing your browser cache and disable any browser add-ons, then restart the browser and try to log in again?  Sometimes that kicks things into gear.  To do this: http://help.zenfolio.com/customer/portal/articles/408028

2. What browser type and version are you using?
Can you please try it on a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome?  Does it still have issues?

3.  Can you please try disabling any antivirus software that you may be using and see if that helps?  Sometimes overly strict security settings can block some site functionality.

4. What are the file type and sizes and how many are you trying to upload?  Does it work in smaller batches?

5. Are you using a wireless router? What happens if you connect directly to the wired connection?

If you are at an office or behind strict security filters you may want to see if they can be bypassed for your Zenfolio site as this may be causing some of the photo uploads to fail.
Also, if you are on a wireless router, you may want to have it restarted or connect directly to the internet as an inconsistent connection can also cause these failures.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There are many different types of security settings, filters, firewalls, and proxy servers. Unless you speak with the network administrator at your clients' offices, there would be any way for you to know what is causing the problem.
It is likely not a content problem and it is more likely that the security settings do not allow sites with complex transactions to make through their encryption levels without being bypassed.

Error 500 error report.

Can you have them try again - it might be when they take to long - which is a fix we are working on. If it says

ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep, Boolean ByRef) Inner: Customer not found, user
id:0 at Void LoadBalanceInfo(Int32, Int32,

They should be able to try again Ok

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm happy to help.

With our introduction of Templates Designs last winter, we have actually updated all of the greeting cards and templates that are available from Mpix.

The older ones are still available since they were already in your price list, but they are no longer available to add to a new price list. Since we have added the new improved greeting cards we are not updating the older preview images. I would consider updating the price list to only offer the new ones, as generally they are a bit more modern templates.

You can add these to your list by going to Selling > Price List> Choose the list > Products, Prices, and Currencies, Add Products > Greeting Cards > and choose the Flat Greeting Cards (and the Folded ones if you’d like to offer those). This will add all of the available templates to your cart for that size.

Another great thing about the new templates is that you can design your own now, too! If you go to Selling > Template Designs, you can create your won templates for people to buy. There is a help document that can walk you though all of this too:http://help.zenfolio.com/customer/portal/articles/930534-product-template-designs

To view all of the templates that Mpix has available, you can go to the bottom of the products list here: http://www.zenfolio.com/zf/pnp/mpix-designs.aspx  and click the See Template Designs.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

branding/packaging

Hi,

I'm happy to help.

You can determine whether your customers see any vendor branding in your Shopping Cart by going to Selling > Vendor Products > Vendor Preferences > and under each vendor listed, Click on the check-boxes that say “Hide Vendor Name” > Click Save

Once this is done there will not be any indication of a vendor’s branding throughout your customers’ transaction in your Zenfolio website Shopping Cart.

However, even though the packaging on your prints would not come branded by Zenfolio, some vendors  may have their branding on the packages of customer orders.

You do have control over whether the package coming from Mpix shows their branding or not.

Here’s how you control your vendor packaging preferences:

·       Go to your SELLING tab

·       Click on “Vendor Preferences” – Here you will be able to determine your preferences for each vendor individually (each vendor will give different options)

·       Check the Box that says “Hide vendor information from your visitors” -  this includes Order packaging.

·       Click Save (at the top or bottom of the page)

Let me know if you have any other questions.

checked with our engineers and you are getting that message because not all the images can be printed at the minimum resolution for the 16 × 20 collage.

At the moment each image needs to be a minimum of 2000 pixels tall and 1600 pixels wide.
Our engineers are looking into a change for this requirement so that as long as the final collage meets the minimum resolution it will be Ok .
